Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of numerical control processing. In order to solve the problem that a permanent magnet synchronous motor has poor fast response capability and is affected by torqueripple, the invention provides a permanent magnet synchronous electric spindle speed regulating system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a main circuit and a control circuit. The maincircuit comprises a power inverter circuit and a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The electric spindle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is connected with the power inverter circuit. The control circuit comprises a speed regulator, a magnetic flux generator, a torque regulator, a magnetic flux regulator, two current hysteresis comparators, SVPWM, a magnetic flux observer and a voltagevector meter. According to the invention, hybrid drive control is used to replace traditional vector control and direct torque control, so that the system has better fast response capability; torque and magnetic flux are indirectly controlled through a voltage vector switch meter; and the problem of torque ripple generated in a direct torque system is effectively suppressed.
