The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) weighing raw materials consistingof, in parts by weight, 8-20 parts of PET, 0-50 parts of PBT, 0-50 parts of a coloring agent, 0.2-2 parts of an ultraviolet light absorber, 0.2-2 parts of a light stabilizer, 6-20 parts of cooling powder, 1-3 parts of a composite toughening agent, 0.2-1 part of an antioxidant, 0.3-1.5 parts of a dispersing agent and 0.5-1.2 parts of a rheological modifier; 2) slicing PET and PBT in the raw materials, and carrying out crushing and drying; 3) fully stirring and uniformly mixing the dried powder and other components in the raw materials; and 4) putting a mixture obtained in the previous step into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation.
