The marine HPSCR auxiliary system comprises a reactor, a soot blowing system, a ventilation system and a heat tracing system,and the installation structure is characterized by comprising an SCR auxiliary system control box, an intermediate junction box and a heat tracing execution box; the SCR auxiliary system control boxintegrates a control system of the soot blowing system, the ventilation system and the heat tracing system, receives an instruction of the SCR-CS for controlling the operation of the soot blowing system, the ventilation system and the heat tracing system and feeding back a fault alarm; the intermediate junction box is installed on the reactor and is used for connecting the SCR auxiliary system control box with electrical elements, installed on the reactor, of the soot blowing system, the ventilation system and the heat tracing system; and the heat tracing execution box is installed on the reactor and is used for wiring a working circuit of the heat tracing system so as to be separated from a control circuit of the heat tracing system. According to the installation structure of the marine HPSCR auxiliary system, the system integration degree is improved, the equipment cost is reduced, the working space is reduced, the system is convenient to operate and maintain, and the operation efficiency and the safety of the system are improved.
