The primer and probe can be used for specifically amplifying schistosoma japonicum katsurada, schistosoma mansoni and orientobilharziasis, the kit for quickly detecting nucleicacids of schistosoma japonicum katsurada, schistosoma mansoni and orientobilharziasis has the sensitivity higher than that of PCR, has strong specificity and high detection speed, and is extremely simple and convenient in result determination operation.
