Abstract

The invention discloses a production method and system for flame-retardant self-permeable tipping base paper used for cigarettes. The production method comprises the following steps: S100, beating: beating needle pulp by a double-disc refiner with a beating concentration being 65-750 SR and wet weight being 7-9 g, defibering eucalyptus pulp by the double-disc refiner with a pulping concentration being 15-200 SR and wet weight being 1-2 g, mixing the treated needle pulp and eucalyptus pulp according to a weight ratio of (30-35%): (65-70%) to prepare combined pulp, and adding calcium carbonate accounting for 30-50% of the total weight of the combined pulp and a wet strength agent accounting for 1-1.4% of the total weight of the combined pulp into the combined pulp to prepare a mixed pulpingliquid; S200, papermaking: carrying out papermaking and forming with a vat machine to form uniformly interlaced natural pores; S300, drying: carrying out drying in a plurality of groups of drying cylinders, and carrying out coating with a composite mixture of oxidized starch and acrylic resin via a surface sizing agent applying machine during drying to treat the surface performance of a paper sheet; S400, calendaring: finishing the surface of dried paper via a soft calendaring machine; and S500, printing: printing a flame retardant on the reverse side of the paper by using a photogravure press.
