Abstract

The invention discloses a high-throughput detection method of multiple ingredients in health care wine. The method comprises steps as follows: (1) a to-be-detected health care wine sample is measured,the sample is pretreated, and a sample solution is obtained; (2) a mixed standard to-be-detected solution is prepared according to ingredients required to be detected; (3) an HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) separation method is established, and to-be-detected ingredients in the sample are separated through gradient elution of a mobile phase; (4) high-throughput mass spectrometric detection conditions are set, and data acquisition is performed on the sample solution and the mixed standard to-be-detected solution; (5) a standard curve of a standard product of each ingredient is established according to a detection result, and the content of each corresponding ingredient in the sample is calculated according to the standard curve of each ingredient. The detection method performs high-throughput detection on multiple effective ingredients in the health care wine simultaneously, has higher sensitivity and specificity, little interference, is high in detection timeliness and has good application and promotion prospects.
