The invention discloses novel ceramic hot-work die steel which is prepared from the raw material compositions in parts by weight: 60 to 70 percent of rolled steel, 2 to 8 percent of kaolin, 3 to 10 percent of bauxite, 3 to 8 percent of quartz sand, 1 to 3 percent of mica, 1 to 2 percent of bentonite, 1 to 2 percent of kyanite, 1 to 2 percent of barite, 1 to 2 percent of calcite, 1 to 2 percent ofgraphite, 1 to 2 percent of fluorite, 1 to 2 percent of feldspar, 1 to 2 percent of mullite, 2 to 5 percent of SiC, 1 to 2 percent of zeolite, 1 to 3 percent of wollastonite, 1 to 2 percent of spinel,1 to 2 percent of crystal stone, and 1 to 2 percent of aluminum magnesite ore.
