The chlorogenic acid is used as an internal reference substance for multi-components by single-marker, a relative correction factor among the chlorogenic acid, the caffeic acid and the galuteolin is built, and the contents of the chlorogenic acid, the caffeic acid and the galuteolin in the ixeris chinensis are calculated by the relative correction factor. The method is simple, is convenient to operate and is high in practicability and accurate in result; and by the method, synchronous measurement of the contents of the chlorogenic acid, the caffeic acid and the galuteolin in the ixeris chinensis can be achieved, so that the quality of an ixeris chinensis medicine is effectively evaluated and controlled, and scientific basis is provided for guarantee of clinical medication safety and effectiveness and development of medicinal resources.
