Abstract

The invention provides an ash melting compound fluxing agent. The ash melting compound fluxing agent comprises, by weight, 10 to 30 parts of mineral raw material containing aluminosilicate, 1 to 10 parts of boric acid and 1 to 10 parts of washed fly ash. Combination of the mineral raw materials containing aluminosilicate, the boric acid and the washed fly ash facilitates the molten ash to form a complete network structure, facilitates heavy metal and metal cations to be in key connection into the network structure, lowers the melting treatment temperature of the ash, facilitates the heavy metal to be migrated into the network structure and lowers melting cost. The invention further provides an ash melting treatment method. The ash melting treatment method comprises the steps of (1) providing an ash sample and the ash melting compound fluxing agent; (2) mixing the ash sample and the ash melting compound fluxing agent into a mixture; (3) feeding mixture into a plasma melting furnace formelting treatment; (4) conducting cooling after the mixture is completely molten and then obtaining glassy state slag is obtained. The ash melting compound fluxing agent effectively lowers the ash treatment cost, improves the solidification rate of heavy metal melting and solidification, lowers the leaching toxicity of the heavy metal, protects the environment and makes waste profitable.
