Abstract

The invention discloses a baozi for supplementing calcium and invigorating qi and a preparation method thereof. The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1600-2400 parts of oxpenis and ox kidney, 800-1200 parts of dehydrated eleutherine plicata bulb, 8-14 parts of ginseng, 22-32 parts of asiatic cornelian cherry fruits, 32-40 parts of milk-vetch roots, 40-80 parts of walnut kernels, 160-200 parts of edible oil, 35-40 parts of table salt and 8-12 parts of edible seasonings. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) washing the ox penis, and soaking the ox penis for half an hour; 2) boiling the ox penis in a pressure cooker; 3) cooling and refrigerating the ox penis; 4) mincing the ox penis together with the ox kidney; 5) adding the ox bone soup and ox bone marrow into the mince; 6) adding crushed Chinese herbal medicines such as the ginseng, the asiatic cornelian cherry fruits and the milk-vetch roots into the obtained mixture, and performing uniform stirring; 7) adding the salt and the seasonings after standing for 10 minutes, and performing uniform stirring; 8) adding pulverized eleutherine plicata bulb and walnut kernels, and pouring boiled flaxseed oil onto the eleutherine plicata bulb and walnut kernels; 9) performing uniform stirring to obtain baozi stuffing; and 10) wrapping the stuffing with a wrapper so as to obtain the baozi.
