Abstract

Through the design, the OCV valve is mounted on the front cover; through design of the inner oil path, the OCV valve communicates with the VVT controller and the hydraulic source; and due to the structure,the extension length of the cam shaft is shortened, the stability of a VVT system is improved, the VVT controller is welded with the front end of the cam shaft without needing welding any longer; andmoreover, by adopting the design of mounting a positioning assembly, connection between the VVT controller and the cam shaft is realized.
