Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1), aziridine is subjected to reaction with polyester polyol or polyether polyol at / in a molar ratio of 0.8:1-1.2:1 at a temperature of 100-150 DEG C; 2), the compound shown in the formula (II) is subjected to reaction with the product in the step 1)at the temperature of 60-180 DEG C, and the macromonomer containing the lactam structure is prepared. The invention also relates to the macromonomer containing the lactam structure. The macromonomer has the structure shown in the description, wherein R is a polyester chain segment or a polyether chain segment, and R1 and R2 are independently selected from H or C1-C3 alkyl.
