Abstract

The invention discloses an application of itraconazole in the preparation of fungicides for the prevention and control of plant pathogenic bacteria. Experiments prove herein that the itraconazole hasgood inhibitory activity against the main diseases of important grain crops, including fusarium graminearum causing wheat scab, magnaporthe oryzae causing rice blast, rhizoctonia cerealis causing sheath blight and curvularia maize causing maize leaf spot; moreover, the itraconazole has good inhibitory activity against the physalospora piricola causing apple ring rot, valsa mali causing apple rot and alternaria tenuifolia causing leaf spot disease of fruits and vegetables; the itraconazole also has good inhibitory activity against soil-borne diseases that are extremely difficult to prevent andcontrol in agricultural production, such as fusarium oxysporum causing blight, and the inhibitory activity is even better than those of traditional fungicides such as carbendazim and tebuconazole. Forthe first time, the itraconazole, a green small-molecular compound screened through three-dimensional structures of target proteins, is applied to the prevention and control of important plant diseases in agricultural production and has a good market application prospect.
