A segment joint external wrapping steel plate is arranged around the upper end of each prefabricated rectangular concrete segment, and adjacent prefabricated rectangular concrete segment are in vertical inserted connection. A horizontal pre-embedded positioning steel plate is arranged in the cast-in-situ pile cap, a rectangular space is reserved in thecenter of the pre-embedded positioning steel plate, and the lower edge of each pre-embedded external wrapping steel plate is welded to the center edge of the pre-embedded positioning steel plate whilethe upper portion extends out of the cast-in-situ pile cap to form a space allowing insertion of the bottommost prefabricated rectangular concrete segment.
