Abstract

The manufacture method comprises the following steps that:coating the first substrate or the second substrate with a photoresistance layer; pre-baking the photoresistance layer; through a corresponding photomask, carrying out exposure; through developing, washing the unexposed area of the photoresistance layer to form photoresistance; and through post-baking, forming a photoresistance pattern, wherein the initiator purity of the photoresistance pattern is greater than 96.9%.
