The composition includes a Lobesia botrana sex pheromone and a synergist in a weight ratio of 1:(0.5-100), wherein the main components of the Lobesia botrana sex pheromone are (E,Z)-7,9-dodecadienyl-1-acetate (E7,Z9-12:Ac) and (Z)-9-dodecen-1-yl acetate (Z9-12:Ac); and the synergist is one or more of 1-penten-3-ol, hexaldehyde, camphene, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, ocimene, 2-nonanone, ethyl palmitate, limonene, eucalyptol, 1,8-cineole, ethyl butyrate, borneol acetate and 1,3,5,7-cyclooctatetraene.
