The gas conveying pipeline conveys gas, a refrigerant lowers the temperature of the cooling liquid, the gas is cooled by the cooling liquid, and the cooling liquid is not easily affected by external environment. By the arrangement of the cooling liquid conveying circulation pipe, the temperature of gas in the gas conveying pipeline is uniform and constant.
