Abstract

The invention provides a construction method and an application of a finger-print of centipedegrass germplasm and relates to the technical field of germplasm identification. The construction method comprises the following steps: first, extracting genomic DNA of centipedegrass samples from different germplasms separately; by taking the genomic DNA of centipedegrass samples as templates, carrying out PCR amplification on primers of one or more SSR molecular markers of (ACA)5, (CTG)11, (GAG)10, (CTG)12, (CCT)7, (CTC)11, (ATC)14, (CTC)10 and (CTAC)18; converting PCR amplification results of the samples into computer readable numerical codes to obtain the finger-print of centipedegrass germplasm. The construction method constructs the finger-print by selecting nine pairs of centipedegrass germplasm SSR molecular markers, so that centipedegrass from different origins can be differentiated simply and effectively, and the construction method is economical, practical and stable and reliable.
