Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid qualitative food detection device which comprises a base, a rotating sleeve and a lifting column, wherein a rotating shaft and a motor vertically penetrate through thecenter of the upper surface of the base; the rotating shaft is in threaded connection with the lifting column; the shaft wall of the rotating shaft sleeves with a driving gear; the driving gear is meshed with a transmission gear; the transmission gear is meshed with a gear ring on the inner wall of the rotating sleeve; the rotating sleeve is movably clamped into an annular chute of the base; a clamping groove is formed in the top of the rotating sleeve; an arc-shaped piece is arranged in the clamping groove; the arc-shaped piece is attached to a concave glass slide and a strong magnet sheet; magnetic grooves are spirally distributed in column walls of the lifting column; and a dropping pipette, a mordanting dropper, a wash pipe and an inspection window are spirally distributed on outer walls of the rotating sleeve. According to the rapid qualitative food detection device disclosed by the invention, the lifting motion of the lifting column and the spiral procession of the arc-shaped piece on the lifting column are controlled by gear drive, so that the assembly line type operation of batch detection is realized.
