The transmission mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the water intercepting well in front-back symmetry. Each transmission mechanism is composed of a belt wheel, a belt and a second motor. The belt wheels are arranged on the inner wall of the water intercepting well in left-right correspondence.
