Problems solved by technology

There have been many studies on modified Ti 3 C 2 T x Materials papers [Li, J. et al., Advanced Energy Materials, 2018, 7, 1602725; Hu, M. et al., ACS Nano, 2018, 12, 3578; Wang, H. et al., Journal of Physics & Chemistry of Solids,2018,115,172] and patents [Chinese Invention Patent Application Publications CN107633954A and CN106430195A] reports, but the methods used in these studies usually require strict control of conditions so as not to destroy the crystal structure, and it is difficult to achieve mass production

[0043] Step 1: Preparation of Rad-Ti 3 C 2 T x Material

[0044] Take 2mg / mL of Ti 3 C 2 T x Water dispersion 19mL, add 2mL isopropanol solution (V 水 :V 异丙醇 =9.5:1), add a small amount of 2mol / L sulfuric acid solution to adjust the pH of the solution to 2, oscillate, and ultrasonically mix the solution evenly (ultrasonic power 60W, ultrasonic time 5min), pass high-purity nitrogen gas for 10min; seal the test tube and send it to Beijing The cobalt source room of the university is irradiated with γ-rays, the dose rate is 20Gy / min, and the absorbed dose is 20kGy. The irradiated product was centrifuged (3000rpm, 10min), removed the supernatant, added 20mL deionized water and sonicated for 5min (ultrasonic power 60W), centrifuged again, repeated washing three times, and finally frozen in a lyophilizer at a concentration of 2mg / mL. Dry for 48 hours.

Abstract

The invention discloses a modified Ti3C2Tx material and preparation application thereof. The Ti3C2Tx material has a pleated structure and amorphous-form carbon, and is prepared through irradiating inTi3C2Tx aqueous dispersion by adoption of gamma rays or electron beams. Solvent free radicals generated in the irradiation process interact with Ti3C2Tx, thereby not only generating the amorphous-formcarbon on the surface of the Ti3C2Tx so as to improve the conductivity of the Ti3C2Tx material, but also inducing Ti3C2Tx fragments to be assembled into a chip layer with the pleated structure so asto increase the active specific area of the Ti3C2Tx material and facilitate the sufficient contact between the Ti3C2Tx material and electrolyte. The material serves as a supercapacitor electrode material, expresses favorable reversibility and stability in electrochemical performance test, and has a potential application value in the field of energy storage.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to MXene materials, in particular to a modified Ti with a wrinkled structure containing amorphous carbon 3 C 2 T x Materials and their preparation and applications. Background technique [0002] As an electrochemical energy storage device that has attracted much attention, supercapacitors have the advantages of high power density, fast charge and discharge, and long cycle life. However, their energy density needs to be further improved. MXene is a general term for a series of new two-dimensional nitrides or carbides, which have large specific surface area, good electrical conductivity, hydrophilicity and other properties. When used as an electrode material, it also has high mass specific capacitance and volume specific capacitance, high rate performance and excellent cycle stability, and is considered to be an ideal supercapacitor electrode material. [0003] The researchers proved through theoretical calculations that...
