Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly type adhesive for coating printing and dyeing as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The adhesive is prepared from the following components through reacting: a soft monomer, a hard monomer, a cross-linking monomer, a comonomer, an emulsifier, an initiator and a formaldehyde catching agent. A preparation process comprises the following steps: adding xanthan gum and 1 / 3 of soft water in sequence and stirring for dissolving; then adding selenious acid; dropwise adding 4-(2-ethylamino)benzene-1,2-diphenol; carrying out thermal insulation reaction; regulating the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) to be neutral; then adding 2 / 3 of soft water and 1 / 2 of the emulsifier and dissolving; then dropwise adding mixed liquid of the soft monomer,the hard monomer, the cross-linking monomer, 1 / 2 of the initiator and 1 / 2 of the emulsifier; carrying out thermal insulation reaction and rapidly raising the temperature; rapidly adding the comonomerand 1 / 2 of the initiator and stirring; then adding the formaldehyde catching agent; rapidly cooling and regulating the pH; cooling and carrying out thermal insulation reaction; naturally cooling, andfiltering and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly type adhesive.
