Problems solved by technology

There are also sensitive polymer nanoparticles prepared by introducing pH-sensitive polymers and drug bonds. This kind of pH-sensitive polymer drug carrier Pdots can release drugs in a narrow range of acidity (6.5~7.0). However, The particle size of this kind of polymer becomes larger or the nanoparticles start to form or disintegrate under the change of pH

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing pH-sensitive dual-fluorescent polymer quantum dots. Firstly, hydrophilic polyacrylic acid and hydrophobic TPE molecules are covalently connected to obtain a polymer with both pH-sensitive and AIE characteristics. The polymer is further coordinated with the rare earth element Eu(III) to form a complex with dual fluorescent properties. The complex can self-assemble into monodisperse nanospheres with a size in the range of 100 nm, and at the same time exhibit very Good dual fluorescence characteristics, the two colors can be separated independently in the excitation range of 365~400nm. The staining results of Hela cells show that the Pdots can stain cancer cells well and accumulate in the cytoplasm to produce bright fluorescence; when excited at 365 nm, they can produce bright blue light, and when excited at 395 nm, they can produce bright red light , therefore, has a good application prospect in biological cell imaging.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the preparation of a pH-sensitive dual fluorescent polymer quantum dots (Pdots), in particular to a pH-sensitive dual fluorescent polymer quantum dots (Pdots) based on tetraphenylethylene (TPE) and polyacrylic acid (PAA) preparation; the present invention also relates to the application of the polymer quantum dots (Pdots) in two-color live cell imaging. Background technique [0002] pH-sensitive polymer quantum dots Pdots are one of the most popular nanomaterials, mainly because the pH environment of various tissues in the body is different, such as the pH of general tumor cells is acidic, while normal tissues are generally neutral or weakly alkaline sex. A typical feature of pH-sensitive Pdots is that they can locate target cells in vivo through the brightness of fluorescence. For example, Zhang et al. coordinated pH-sensitive polyacrylic acid and rare earth elements to prepare reddish-emitting nanomaterials. Chan et...
