The invention further discloses a preparation method of the high-hardness wear-proof water-based baking paint. The water-based baking paint is prepared by performing surface modification on tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers and potassium hexatitanate whiskers through a silane coupling agent, mixing with raw materials such as water-based organosiliconmodified acrylic resin and the like, and by utilizing cooperation reinforcement of the tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers and the potassium hexatitanate whiskers. The water-based baking paint has the characteristics of high paint film hardness, high wear resistance, self-cleaning and the like; after application of the water-based baking paint, the surface gloss is plump; and the comprehensive performance such as paint film adhesion, hardness, wear resistance and the like are excellent.
