Abstract

Theformula (100 wt%) of the novel polyamide material for replacing the metal material comprises polyamide, glass fibers, glass microbeads, a toughening agent, an anti-wear agent, a weather-resistant additive and other additives. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials in proportion; treating the surfaces of the glass fibers and the glass microbeads with a couplingagent; stirring the treated glass microbeads, the toughening agent, the anti-wear agent and other additives in a high-speed mixer for 1-5 min, and discharging the obtained material; and adding the material into a twin-screw extruder having a rotating rate of 200-800 r / min and a temperature of 250-300 DEG C, and adding a specific proportion of the treated glass fibers to a side feeder of the extruder in order to obtain the finished product. The preparation method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience.
