The method comprises the following steps: 1) deploying wireless signal receiving modules to acquire wireless signal data; 2) performing adaptive estimation of measurement noise and process noise on the wireless signal data to obtain feature data of the signals;3) normalizing the feature data, converting the channel state information data into feature map data; 4) inputting the feature map data into a plurality of multi-layer residual neural networks to obtain an output vector respectively; and 5) averaging the output vectors of the respective residual neural networks, finding the maximum value of response, and obtaining the predicted final position after performing data recovery on the maximum value of response.
