Problems solved by technology

[0015] 1. Long takt time: Due to the relative dispersion of the process, the working time of each part is accumulated serially, resulting in too long time to complete the complete process, which directly affects the production capacity, and then affects the benefit;
[0016] 2. High labor cost: In the process of realizing traditional crafts, the degree of manual participation is high and the automation rate is not high. The resulting problems such as uncertainty of labor efficiency, labor cost, and labor safety directly affect production capacity, which in turn affects efficiency. At the same time, manual participation In the process, the automation equipment will not run very fast, too fast will pose a threat to human safety;
[0017] 3. When multiple models (multiple types of planetary carriers) are compatible, the site occupation is too large, and the economic efficiency of the transformation is not good: in the existing implementation method, the process is scattered, resulting in more stations, and the economic efficiency of the transformation is not good; at the same time, multiple models When compatible, the area occupied is doubled;
[0018] 4. Poor control of pressing force and displacement;
[0019] 5. For pressure riveting with requirements on the end face and angular direction of the planetary shaft, the traditional implementation method needs manual adjustment and camera error prevention, and the restrictions brought by manual use will have an additional impact

Abstract

The invention discloses a planet shaft intelligent identification flexible assembling system and an operation method thereof. The system comprises a charging station, a C1 planet shaft press-fitting station, a C3 planet shaft press-fitting station and a riveting pressing station; and the charging station, the C1 planet shaft press-fitting station, the C3 planet shaft press-fitting station and theriveting pressing station are connected with a control system through data lines correspondingly. A plurality of feeding robots are adopted for cooperation and connected into a whole system in seriesthrough a transfer robot, thus, multiple actions are conducted simultaneously, and the high machine tool takt is achieved. An air cylinder displacement device is adopted, and the system is compatiblewith many models through one set of equipment. Due to the fact that the system adopts a camera photographing detection technology, the feature points of the end faces of planet shafts are identified,and multi-visual error prevention and angular correction of the press-fitted end faces are achieved. The transfer robot adopts the design of double clamp heads, thus, the clamp heads can conduct the charging and discharging actions at one time, the high flexibility of the whole system is achieved, and full-automatic planetary gear train press-fitting and riveting pressing are completed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a planetary shaft assembly technology, in particular to an intelligent identification flexible assembly system for a planetary shaft and a working method thereof. Background technique [0002] The planet carrier is composed of base body, planetary shaft, gear, gear gasket, bearing and peripheral parts. In the assembly process of the existing planet carrier, a device is required to install the base body with the process shaft, gear, gasket and bearing. On the basis of completion, install the planet shaft into the planet carrier, and replace the process shaft. [0003] In the current planet carrier assembly technology, due to the different requirements of different users for the degree of automation, the conventional installation process is generally as follows: [0004] 1. Manually load the installed assembly (including the substrate, process shaft, gear, gasket and bearing, etc.) onto the positioning seat of the machine tool, ...
