The method comprises the following steps: calculating effective regions of two input images respectively; judging the type of two images, if it is panchromatic image, processing directly, and if it is multi-spectral image, calculating multi-spectral bands into single-band panchromatic image; calculating an overlapping region and calculating a difference image of the overlapping region; carrying out median filtering on the difference image; calculating a mean value and a standard deviation of the difference image, and determining a threshold value according to the mean value and the standard deviation; dividing the difference image into binary maps according to a threshold value; using a breadth-firstalgorithm d to find the best path on the binary graph, that is, mosaic lines.
