Embodiment 1

[0018] Use distilled water, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, and sodium silicate nonahydrate to prepare three different concentrations of rice anti-high temperature preparations, namely: rice anti-high temperature preparation A containing 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.12% calcium chloride, Sodium silicate nonahydrate 0.06%; rice anti-high temperature preparation B contains potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3%, calcium chloride 0.22%, sodium silicate nonahydrate 0.07%; rice anti-high temperature preparation C contains potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.4%, chloride Calcium 0.32%, sodium silicate nonahydrate 0.08%.

[0019] The artificial climate chamber was used to simulate the high temperature process. At the beginning of heading and flowering at the booting stage of rice, four potted rice with the same area were sprayed with the same amount of rice anti-high temperature preparation A, rice anti-high temperature preparation B, rice anti-high temperature p...

Embodiment 2

[0021] Selection of spraying days of anti-high temperature preparation: at the beginning of earing and flowering stage of rice booting stage, spray 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.22% calcium chloride and 0.07% sodium silicate nonahydrate solution and distilled water evenly to the On the rice plants, spray until the solution droplets are evenly covered with the leaves, the spraying rate is 2000 kg per hectare per day, spray continuously for 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6 days and 7 days, and then put the potted plants into the artificial The climate chamber was subjected to high temperature treatment (6:00-18:00, 40°C, 18:00-6:00 the next day, 30, the daily average temperature was 35°C). After 5 days of continuous treatment, the rice materials were moved outdoors to grow naturally, the chlorophyll content and malondialdehyde content of rice leaves were measured, and the yield (average grain weight per panicle) was measured at the mature stage. The results showed that the chl...

Embodiment 3

[0023] Spraying time selection of anti-high temperature preparations: Field experiments were carried out from July 22 to August 1, 2016, during the rice booting stage, heading and flowering stage. During this period, the daily average temperature exceeded 30°C, and high temperature heat damage occurred. Spray the solution containing 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.22% calcium chloride and 0.07% sodium silicate nonahydrate and distilled water on the rice plants with an electric sprayer, and spray until the solution droplets are evenly covered with the leaves. So far, the spraying rate is 5000 kg per hectare per day, and the spraying time is 6:00-8:00, 8:00-10:00, 10:00-12:00, 12:00-14:00, 14 :00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, continuously sprayed for 5 days, and measured the yield in the mature stage of rice. The results showed that spraying the mixed solutions of the three preparations from 6:00 to 8:00 had a better effect on improving the high temperature resistance of rice than ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a rice high-temperature-resistant preparation and an application method thereof. The rice high-temperature-resistant preparation is a mixed solution of 0.2 to 0.4% of potassiumdihydrogen phosphate, 0.2 to 0.3% of calcium chloride and 0.06 to 0.08% of sodium silicate nonahydrate. When rice encounters high temperature and heat damage weather in heading and flowering periods, the rice high-temperature-resistant preparation is sprayed to a rice field at 6: 00 to 8: 00 every day, and is required to be uniformly sprayed onto rice leaves until droplets of the rice high-temperature-resistant preparation uniformly and fully cover the rice leaves; and the spraying amount of the rice high-temperature-resistant preparation is 900 to 11000 kg of the rice high-temperature-resistant preparation in per hectare of the rice field. The rice high-temperature-resistant preparation and the application method thereof provided by the invention can significantly retard senescence of the rice leaves, increases the photosynthetic rate of the rice leaves and the yield of the rice, and achieves the purpose of improving high-temperature and heat-damage resistant abilities of the rice.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of rice stress-resistant cultivation control methods, in particular to a rice high-temperature-resistant preparation and a use method thereof. Background technique [0002] Rice is the main grain crop in my country, and its output accounts for about 1 / 3 of my country's total grain output. The high and stable yield of rice is an important guarantee for my country's food security. The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are the main rice producing areas in my country, with rice planting area accounting for about 70% and total output accounting for about 50% of the country. Affected by geographical location and subtropical high pressure, high temperature weather with daily maximum temperature exceeding 35°C or daily average temperature exceeding 30°C is very likely to occur in this region from July to August. At this stage, the rice in this region is in the stage of booting~heading development. , are ...
