The kit contains the nucleotide sequences of primers and a probe which are shown in SEQ ID NO.3, SEQ ID NO.5, SEQ ID NO.7, and a nucleic acid detection test strip. The application method of the kit includes the following steps: configuring an RT-RPA reaction system, and performing a normal temperature and constant temperature reaction; and directly performing interpretation on a product obtained by the constant temperature reaction after the product is detected by the nucleic acid detection test strip, a positive result appearing two red strips, one being located in a detection area, and the other one being locatedin a quality control area, and a negative result only appearing one red strip in the quality control area, and no red strips appears in the detection area.
