According to the chemical pollution land remediation method provided by the invention, a culture medium is prepared through selecting polluted soil, so that appropriate bacteria are screened out, and the microbial flora is constructed; then through the simulation experiment, a remediation model is constructed; after corresponding data is acquired, the growth condition of the flora is optimized, and the influence of the microbial flora on a soil ecosystem is controlled through ecological risk assessment, so that through the moderate microbial remediation manner, chemical land pollutants are desorbed from the surfaces of soil particles and are then completely degraded; and meanwhile, the added chemical agent cannot cause secondary pollution on the soil.
