Abstract

The invention provides an aerogel composite material preparation method, wherein the aerogel composite material comprises an aerogel and a resin phase adhered to the aerogel. The preparation method comprises: (1) spreading an aerogel layer, wherein a layer of an aerogel is spread on a mold base plate; (2) filling with a liquid resin, wherein the aerogel layer obtained in the step (1) is filled with a liquid resin in a stepped scanning manner by using a material distribution device having heating function; (3) repeatedly performing the step (1) and the step (2) on the previous deposited layer,and alternately distributing the materials; and (4) curing. According to the present invention, the prepared aerogel composite material has advantages of good heat insulation performance, good light transmittance, good safety, good sound insulation and good noise reduction, and is suitable for the doors, the windows, the curtain wall glasses and the daylighting roofs of environmentally friendly buildings, ultra-low energy consumption buildings and near zero energy buildings, and other fields.
