Abstract

The invention discloses ceramic glaze applicable to a robot glaze spraying process and a preparation method of the ceramic glaze applicable to the robot glaze spraying process. The glaze is prepared from 40-50 parts of kaolin, 30-40 parts of clay, 5-7 parts of cerusite, 2-4 parts of borax, 0.5-0.7 part of yttrium oxide, 4-6 parts of zirconium silicate, 3-6 parts of perovskite, 15-20 parts of quartz stone, 14-17 parts of field soil, 0.5-1 part of galena, 7-9 parts of pyrite and 1-2 parts of celestite. The preparation method includes: dissolving yttrium oxide, zirconium silicate, perovskite, galena and pyrite into acid, adding water to dilute, and keeping for standby application; adding surfactants, and stirring to keep for standby application; adding residual materials into a ball mill, adding solution, and performing ball milling to obtain 150-250-mesh ceramic glaze applicable to the robot glaze spraying process. The glaze is applicable to robot spraying and high in stability. The preparation method is suitable for large-scale industrial application.
