Abstract

The invention discloses an adsorbing material for selectively separating indium. The adsorbing material comprises a matrix and a functional monomer modified on the surface of the matrix and capable ofcoordinating with indium ions. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the adsorbing material for selectively separating indium. The method comprises the steps as follows: 1) the surfaceof silicon dioxide is modified with carboxyl marked as SG-COOH; 2) indium sulfate is dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, vinyl phosphate and allyl mercaptan are added, the mixture is stirred for a period, and a solution A is obtained; 3) the SG-COOH obtained in the step 1) is mixed with the solution A obtained in the step 2), ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile are added, the mixture is subjected to a polymerization reaction under the oxygen-free condition, and a polymer B is obtained; 4) indium ions are separated from the obtained polymer B through acid pickling, the obtained material is sequentially washed with deionized water to be neutral, drying is performed, and the adsorbing material for selectively separating indium is obtained. The preparation method of the adsorbing material is simple, and the adsorption efficiency of the adsorbing material for low-concentration indium ions is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of controlling environmental pollution and recovering rare materials, and in particular relates to an adsorption material for selectively separating indium and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Indium, as a rare element with a very low content in the earth's crust, is widely dispersed in nature. So far, no deposits with indium as an independent or main component have been found, and they all exist in other minerals in the form of impurities. However, indium and its compounds are widely used in the fields of aviation, electronics and military industry. In addition, as a heavy metal ion in aqueous solution, indium ions pose a serious threat to the environment and human health. Therefore, whether it is from the perspective of resource recycling or the removal of metal ions in aqueous solutions, the selective separation of indium ions in aqueous solutions , recycling are of great significance. ...
