Abstract

The invention provides a resource scheduling algorithm based on delay priority to guarantee the fairness of the resource distribution among multiple operators and guarantee the transmission performance of the WiFi and transmission quality of a delay sensitive LTE-U user. The algorithm firstly proposes a sub-channel distribution scheme based on the user delay priority, and secondly proposes a resource scheduling scheme based on the optimal power and price; the scheme comprehensively considers the influence on the network performance by the user transmission rate, the channel interference and the delay cost, and the network spectrum utility is maximized in the premise of satisfying the delay demand of the delay sensitive LTE-U user.
