Abstract

The all-in-one sampling detector consists of a sampling detection rod and adrug detection card, wherein the sampling detection rod is used for saliva and DNA sample collection and alcohol detection. According to the invention, a detection card which can be used for detection of a drug in a saliva sample is prepared based on colloidal gold competitive inhibition method immunochromatography. The all-in-one sampling detector provided by the invention is convenient to use and simple to operate, and can complete DNA sample collection and detection of three indicators of saliva alcohol content while completing drug saliva detection.
