Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional virtual organ volume calculation method, device, a storage medium and equipment, which belong to the technical field of computers. The method comprises steps: a Bezier surface intersected with the three-dimensional virtual organ is generated, wherein the three-dimensional virtual organ formed by voxel points comprises pathological tissues and non-pathological tissues separated by the Bezier surface, and the voxel points are acquired according to a two-dimensional image sequence; according to mapping points on the Bezier surface and the depths betweenthe voxel points mapped with the mapping points, the voxel points are classified to a first voxel point set in the pathological tissues or a second voxel point set in the non-pathological tissues; and the number of the voxel points in the first voxel point set is multiplied by the unit volume of the voxel points to obtain the volume of the pathological tissues, and the number in the second voxelpoint set is multiplied by the unit volume of the voxel points to obtain the volume of the non-pathological tissues.
