Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a colored zinc-aluminum metal coating. The method comprises treating aluminum powder through anodic oxidation to obtain an aluminum oxide film on the surface of the aluminum powder, immersing the aluminum oxide film into an organic dyeing solution to obtain aluminum powder with a colored oxide film, mixing 20-30g of zinc powder and 10-15g of thealuminum powder with the aluminum oxide film, adding 90mL of a xylene-n-butanol mixed solvent, 1mL of a dispersant, 40mL of a leveling agent, 4mL of a defoaming agent and 12g of an epoxy resin binderinto the mixture, carrying out uniform stirring to obtain a colored zinc-aluminum metal coating, uniformly smearing the colored zinc-aluminum metal coating on the surface of a metal, glass or concretematerial to form a coating, and carrying out drying in dark, baking and curing so that the colored zinc-aluminum metal coating with high flexibility, impact resistance and low temperature resistanceis obtained.
