Problems solved by technology

When these existing models solve the existing industrial image classification problems, although the accuracy rate is not bad, they often consume more resources and take longer to train due to the large number of parameters and the complexity of the model. This makes these classic convolutional neural networks unable to be used in actual industry

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recognizing sizes of pantograph-catenary current collection arcing. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining data set pictures and generating the data set pictures into a training set and a test set; establishing an arcing model, wherein the arcing model is a convolutional neural network model; training the arcing model by utilizing pictures of the training set, and adjusting and optimizing model parameters to obtain an optimized arcing model; and recognizing pictures of the test set by utilizing the optimized arcing model. According to the method, pantograph-catenary current collection arcing pictures are classified and the sizes of arcing are judged by adoption of the arcing model, so that when being compared with existing methods, the method is capable of greatly decreasing the parameter amount and calculated amount during the training, and saving the consumption of resources and time; and meanwhile, through network deepening, relatively high correctness is ensured, so that the sizes of pantograph-catenary current collection arcing are automatically recognized and the method is adapted to practical industrial application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detecting the running state of a vehicle catenary on a high-speed railway, in particular to a method for identifying the size of a pantograph-catenary flow arc. Background technique [0002] With the construction and development of high-speed railways, catenary arcing has gradually become a key factor restricting the reliability of traction power supply catenary. Regardless of the reliability of power supply and the service life of catenary equipment, catenary arcing detection and preventive measures Theoretical research is imperative. [0003] According to the theory of electrical contact, the pantograph-catenary current receiving system is a typical sliding electrical contact model. During the high-speed operation of the train, the phenomenon of poor pantograph-catenary contact is inevitable. The vibration of the pantograph-catenary system, the sliding plate or foreign matter on the contact line, the d...
