The foldable and integrally-movable type force dispersing and pressure testing device for the foundation pile of the building comprises vertical pipes, diagonal draw bars and plane stressing rods which are interconnected to form a triangular frame; a plurality of frames share the same vertical pipe as a central column; the lower ends of the plurality of diagonal draw bars are connected to the plane stressing rods; each plane stressing rod comprises a central clamping plate, a force dispersing clamping plate, and a steel beam for connecting the central clamping plate and the force dispersing clamping plate; each steel beam comprises a steel beam section which is close to the central clamping plate, and a steel beam which is close to the force dispersing clamping plate; the two steel beam section are rotatably connected, and a hydraulic rod is arranged between the two steel beams and is used for driving the two steel beams to rotate; acrawler wheel which is driven through power is arranged below each clamping plate; each diagonal draw bar is formed by rotatably connecting at least two rotating rods.
