A preparation method of the herbal traditional Chinese medicine comprises the steps of A, taking cortex phellodendri, radix scutellariae, catechu, flos mume and folia ilicis for processing into coarse powder separately, loading the powder into a covered container, adding ethanol till the medicinal materials are completely infiltrated, then uniformly mixing the materials, and conducting standing on the sealed container for 4 hours; B, loading the obtained materials into a percolator, wherein a filter material is laid at the bottom of the percolator, and adding ethanol for impregnating for 48-72 hours; C, preparing the herbal traditional Chinese medicine according to a percolation method, collecting a percolation solution, adding borneol into the percolation solution to dissolve the borneol, and adding ethanol to a 1000g toobtain a finished product.
