[0004] Printing and dyeing wastewater has a large amount of water, deep color, strong alkalinity, large changes in water quality, and high content of refractory organic pollutants. At present, printing and dyeing wastewater is generally treated by biochemical method, coagulation sedimentation method, coagulation air flotation method and activated carbon adsorption method. These methods have high investment costs, difficult management, and unsatisfactory decolorization effects and removal rates. In recent years, many research results and technical patents of electrochemical treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater have been reported, and they have been applied to wastewater treatment projects of printing and dyeing enterprises of various scales, and have received good results. Using micro-electrolysis to treat dye wastewater, the removal rate of CODcr is about 67%, and the decolorization rate is almost 100%. The results show that acidic wastewater is beneficial to the remov...
