The method comprises the following steps: disinfecting the bromine extraction brine; processing the disinfected bromine extraction brine until active ingredients of a disinfecting agent in water are completely volatilized; adding the bromine extraction brine into a sodium hydroxide solution, forming nanoscale magnesium hydroxide colloid, adsorbing harmful heavy metals in the bromine extraction brine, and enabling the bromine extraction brine to meet the water quality requirement for the dunaliella salina culturing water; culturing the dunaliella salina by using the filtered brine; culturing the dunaliella salina by utilizing the processed bromine extraction brine; and adding different nutritional solutions into the bromine extraction brine, so that the bromine extraction brine comprises all elements for the dunaliella salina. A dunalialla salina seed solution is inoculated into the prepared dunaliella salina culture water and pumped into an oblique raceway pond to perform the culture, and the dunalialla salina is harvested after a cell density reaches agiven concentration; and the solid-liquid separation is performed for the culture solution, and the dunaliella salina cell concentrated solution is directly made into dunaliella salina powder in a spray drying manner.
