Abstract

The invention discloses an acrylic emulsion with low content of VOC (volatile organic chemical). The acrylic emulsion is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20.76 to 42.8 partsof core pre-emulsion A, 10.7 to 23.5 parts of shell pre-emulsion B, 0.66 to 3.1 parts of emulsifier, 0.28 to 1.3 parts of initiator, 0.1 to 0.6 part of buffer agent, 0.08 to 0.3 part of reducing agentand 40 to 60 parts of water. The acrylic emulsion has the advantages that by selecting the polymerizing monomers and improving the synthesizing technique and crosslinking technique, the waterborne acrylic resin emulsion with high property is synthesized; by reducing the usage amount of the emulsifier in polymerizing, the influence to the appearance of a coating film by the environment temperatureand humidity is relieved, and the filming characteristic of the emulsion is improved; by selecting the polymerizing monomers with excellent property, the polymerizing monomers are grafted onto the macromolecule chain of the acrylic emulsion, the problems of low fullness and low luster in the waterborne coating film are solved, the high-property coating is prepared, and the application field is expanded; by adding the polymerizing organosilicone monomer, the polymerizing organosilicone monomer is grafted onto the macromolecule chain of the acrylic emulsion, and the water-resistant whitening property of the coating film is improved.
