The phenolic epoxy paint is composed of a component A and a component B; the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of phenolic epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of carbon black, 10-15 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 5-10 parts of glass powder, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 10-15 parts of zinc phosphomolybdate, 5-10 parts of nanometer barium sulfate, 15-20 parts of reactive diluent, 1-5 parts of dispersant, 1-5 parts of defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of antioxidant and 1-5 parts of silane coupling agent; and the component B comprises the following component in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of epoxy curing agent. The solvent-free phenolic epoxy paint is capable of effectively improving the corrosion resistance of the outer plate of the ship, prolonging the service life of the ship and reducing the operating cost of the ship.
