The composition comprises, by weight, 40-60% of purified water, 10-20% of sodium hydroxide, 8-20% of cocamidopropyl amine oxide or lauryldimethylamine oxide which is taken as a thickening agent, 0.5-8% of sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate or sodium isopropyl benzene sulfonate whichis taken as a cosolvent, 0.01-0.1% of aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid, 0-1% of sodium alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, 0-30% of sodium hypochlorite, and 0-1% of other components. Since sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate or sodium isopropyl benzene sulfonate is taken as a cosolvent, the content of added sodium hydroxide in the formula system is greatly improved, which is distinguished from a pipeline-dredging agent which has the content of sodium hydroxide less than 5% in the prior art. Amine oxide is added as a surfactant, so that the super pipeline dredging and cleaning performance of the pipeline-dredging agent is maintained, and the pipeline-dredging agent has considerable viscosity for convenient application.
