Abstract

The invention discloses a hanging tool for a marine low-speed diesel engine piston assembly and a method using the hanging tool. The hanging tool comprises brackets, a special bolt for piston connection and a gas cylinder body connecting bolt, wherein when the piston assembly is hung, the lower end of the special bolt for piston connection is screwed into a piston bottom pin, and the upper end ofthe gas cylinder body connecting bolt is screwed into a lower bottom plate of the gas cylinder body.
