The combined production line comprises a carbonization production lineand a pre-immersing production line of a double-layer structure, wherein the carbonization production line comprises a water washing device, a hot roller drying device, a sizing device and a horizontal drying device which are connected in sequence; the pre-immersing production line comprises a yarn release device, a yarn spreading device, a hot-press immersing device, a cooling device and a cutting device which are connected in sequence; and the hot-roller drying device of the carbonization production line is connected with the yarn spreading device. The production process comprises a carbonization process and a pre-immersing process, and a yarn spreading process of the pre-immersing process is directly carried out after the hot-roller drying process of the carbon fiber carbonization process. By adopting the combined production line, a part of carbon yarns produced by using a carbon fiber carbonization line are not sized, but being directly led to yarn spreading rollers of a pre-immersing line, so that procedures of sizing, drying and yarn release after the carbonization line are avoided, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
