Embodiment 1

[0020] Embodiment 1 (pot experiment):

[0021] Bamboo charcoal and cow dung biochar are in powder form, lychee skin powder is 80 mesh (dry), sepiolite and erionite have a particle size of about 1-2MMM. The soil had a pH of 4 and a total nickel content of 135 mg / kg.

[0022] The formula is shown in Table 1:

[0023]

Embodiment 2

[0024] Embodiment 2: Determination of nickel in food by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.

[0025] Table 2 The test results of nickel content in various parts of pakchoi grown in 6 different formula soils and harvested 30 days after sowing.

[0026]

[0027] The data reported in Table 2 show that formulation 2 has the best reduction. Illustrate that 95 parts of soil polluted by heavy metal nickel, 2 parts of bamboo charcoal, 4 parts of sepiolite, 3 parts of erionite, 1 part of cow dung biochar, and 10 parts of litchi bark powder are the best examples.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reducing the content of heavy metal nickel absorbed by pakchoi. Bamboo charcoal, sepiolite, erionite, cow dung biochar and litchi rind powder are added into soil polluted by heavy metal nickel. The soil polluted by lead has the pH value of 4-5 and the total lead content of 3.5mg / kg. The method employs the following materials: 90-95 parts of soil polluted by heavy metal nickel, 1-2 parts of bamboo charcoal, 2-4 parts of sepiolite, 1-3 parts of erionite, 0.8-1 part of cow dung biochar and 5-10 parts of litchi rind powder. By using the method, the content of nickel in roots and leaves of pakchoi can be remarkably reduced. The method has an effect on improving soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of soil improvement, in particular to a method for reducing the absorption of heavy metal nickel by pakchoi. Background technique [0002] Soil is an important resource for the development of human society, bearing 50% to 90% of the pollution load in the environment. Heavy metals are typical pollutants in soil, which have the characteristics of long-term, concealment and accumulation. The accumulation of heavy metals in farmland soil to a certain extent will not only reduce the yield and quality of crops, but also seriously threaten the ecological system and human safety. For the safety, harmony and sustainable development of man and nature, it is imperative to remediate soil heavy metal pollution. [0003] Heavy metal pollution has always been an environmental and health issue that human beings pay close attention to. Among them, the heavy metal nickel is an essential life element for the human body and has many i...
