Abstract

The present application discloses a sesame seed water washing and drying system. The sesame seed water washing and drying system comprises a water washing device, a water draining device, a drying device and a moving device. The water washing device comprises two symmetrically arranged water buckets; stirring blades are arranged on bottom parts of the water buckets and two water baskets prepared from mesh materials are arranged above the stirring blades; two material outlets are respectively arranged on bottom parts of the two water baskets and top parts are connected via a connecting rod; theconnecting rod is connected with the moving device and conducts a lifting motion to drive the water baskets to come in and out of the water buckets under a function of the moving device or conducts atranslational motion to move the water baskets to the water draining device; and the drying device is set up above the water draining device to dry sesame seeds when being drained. The stirring blades of the system do not contact with the sesame seeds and prevent skin breaking and damaging of the sesame seeds. The sesame seed water washing and drying system is high in integration, and short in sesame seed transportation lines, the draining is conducted when the drying is conducted, and the sesame seed water washing and drying system prevents the sesame seeds from skin breaking and damaging during transferring of the sesame seeds between multiple devices. The obtained sesame seeds have a high degree of integrity, and processed sesame oil and other products are rich in aroma and good in quality.
